Dealing with Consumers - Customer Service Problems

When there is popularity, automatically comes problems as well. As a company gains popularity, automatically few would come up with problems as well for the company.

Company is ready to help the consumers, if they are contacted directly, but due to the power of internet and also law comes handy these days, consumers go directly to the internet for expressing their grievances.

Sir/Madam,

Thanks for your complaint. I represent Sana Consultancy and I wanted to explain you in detail -

I would have appreciated if you would have come to us directly and expressed your concern or called our customer complaints and appreciations phone number 9629424451.

We are here to help you if you have any problems in finding a job. Our policy is to help you get a job in the matter of 2 months, for the minimal amount (like Rs.100 or 200 etc.,) we get which is one time payment (for 2 months time period validity). This is nothing for a consumer, most of the cases - in today's price rates and inflation rates. Sana Consultants is not going to become a crorepathi by geting Rs.100 or 200 from you. That is not even enough to give salary for the employees.

If you are not satisfied with one company's interview, we are here to give another company's interview for you to attend. Without even checking with us about next proceedings, you cannot directly go and complain and that hurts us a lot. Interviews don't click for an individual in just one company. If you have any complaints call me directly 9629424451 or email oruvelai@gmail.com and we are ready to help you and we will make sure you are satisfied.

House atmosphere companies are very common. The company might be in a house atmosphere but they might be doing software development for US customers. Hence, they might be a growing company or a start up. Most of the companies in US were started in garages and even Google was started in garage. You cannot complain on the house atmosphere or any our company customers like that.

We are not like other consultancies (where you had bad experiences), but we do this job very sincerely and dedicated to help everyone to a maximum extent. If we are not able to followup back and check if you got a job, it is your responsibility to followup with us to get another company contact for interview.

We do have success stories of people coming to us and telling us that we are happy and got job through you. We understand that you are dissatisfied with our services, but if you are not happy with one company, you could have come to us and we are ready to help you again and we consider it as high priority.

Please contact us directly and we are here to help you get a job and we guarantee you that you will land in job. We want good name and we don't want anybody dissatisfied with our services.

Thank you
Sana Consultancy

Complaint and Grievance against Reliance Broadband connection - Reliance ADA Group

I might be a small person, but I had a bad experience with Reliance ADA Group, as a consumer and customer to the Reliance Broadband connection.

I have been paying lot of money for a broadband data card connection with Reliance and i paid monthly Rs.1600. Then I decided to downgrade to a lower plan, which would cost only Rs.750. I went to Reliance Web World in Bypass road Madurai and they told me that I will have to write that up in a plain paper and then there will be a billing cycle for which I will have to pay Rs.1600 only.

Alright, I agreed and wrote a letter to Reliance Manager and submitted the form to them. I had to write a full letter (From, To, Subject, Respected Sir, Thank you etc.,)and there is no form as such.

One billing cycle passed and I paid Rs.1600 again, no issues. Again next billing cycle came and looks like I have got the same amount Rs.1600. I called up and I was so much frustrated.

I got continuous calls from Reliance for payment of the amount on date. But, when I talk about the downgrade and no one is aware about my downgrade application, which I submitted in Bypass road, Madurai Reliance Webworld office. A person from West Tower Reliance office called me about the payment and I told her I cannot pay until this problem is resolved and she says you should have filled and submitted a form in West tower office and not in Bypass road Madurai office. I unnecessarily pay this month and next month (for next billing cycle) and also I waste around Rs.3000 unnecessarily. Still I am not sure if they will downgrade it for me or not.

There is no pure customer service as such, who has centralized information about the customer's activities. They don't have a track of whether I submitted the form or not. Due to mistake of an employee of Reliance and due to Reliance's careless process, I am at a loss of the amount. The way they function is - the way one Reliance Web World operates is not aware to the other reliance web world in the same city. There is no centralized customer service who can talk to me and address my problem. This is totally screwed process and I did not expect this from such a big group like Reliance!

My friends use other services which are at low cost and also good service and I am stuck here with Reliance! I will make arrangements for change of the service to other one and hope they are not the same.

If the process and people are good, automatically the whole company will be great with Customer Service.

Reliance Customer Service Madurai sucks in my case!

Many of us say that these things don't work in India . Couple of months back, the Faridabad Municipal Corporation laid new roads in his area and the residents were very happy about it. But 2 weeks later, BSNL dug up the newly laid roads to install new cables which annoyed all the residents. A resident used the above listed grievance forum to highlight his concern. To his surprise, BSNL and Municipal Corporation of Faridabad were served a show cause notice and the guy received a copy of the notice in one week. Government has asked the MC and BSNL about the goof up as it's clear that both the government departments were not in sync at all.

So use this grievance forum and educate others who don't know about this facility. This way we can at least raise our concerns instead of just talking about the 'System' in India.

Invite your friends to contribute for many such happenings.

PLEASE SPREAD THIS MESSAGE IF U WANT OUR INDIA TO HAVE A BETTER TOMORROW FORWARD THIS MAIL TO AS MANY AS POSSIBLE.

Madurai Complex Bus Stand

Sam Kappa Venkatesh writes about Madurai Complex Bus Stand:

Have any one visited the Complex Bus Stand?
Complex Bus Stand opp to Periyar Bus Stand does not have a sitting
place for Passengers or a shelter from Sun/Rain.
There are shops all around and one has to wait on the path with stench
from the urinal at the centre (good selection of place) of the BusStand.
There will be pushcarts running around you selling various items and
believe me this busstand has been functioning for almost fifteen years.
The entry and exit of this busstand for buses is at absolute right
angle from road (and so it has been designed intelligently)
Members get down from your cars and take a visit once.

Madurai Buses

Sam Kappa Venkatesh writes about Madurai Buses:

Madurai Buses: Why can't they have proper colour seperating them
according to the services(Low floor,City Express,LSS,Ordinary).
Why Moffusil buses use all kind of colours eventhough they are from
same depot? Why there is no town bus timetable?
Why there is no citymap issued by TNSTC showing bus route.
Why standing passengers are allowed in moffusil buses?
Why not more buses in routes where passengers are more?
Why no planning?
Why should there be a video/audio player in a bus showing movie
clips/playing movie songs at a loud volume.
There could be patient requiring a rest or there could be foreigner
wanting to sightsee.
Let us Live in civilised way.

Party Meeting on Madurai Roads

Sam Kappa Venkatesh writes:

Party Meeting on Madurai Roads

Madurai can civilise by stopping all party meeting conducted on roads
blocking traffic.
Places like West Masi/North Masi Junction, Central Bus Stand,Nethaji
Statue Junction are used by Party men.
Can't the meeting with blaring speakers be conducted elsewhere?
Are the party leaders afraid that if they conduct the meeting at a
rent paid ground like thamukkam they will not get attention/spectators.
Or let the corporation select few empty grounds (not affecting
traffic) for all party meeting and agitations, collect rent from the
party(they can afford).
Show them the right way.And they cannot use the road free.

Teppakulam at Town Hall Road, Madurai

Sam Kappa Venkatesh writes:

Teppakulam at Town Hall Road, Madurai

Once Holy Teppakulam of Perumal Kovil is now place of thorny shrubs.
I am writing about Teppakulam at Town Hall Road.
It was converted to rain water storage area unsuccessfully and still
we find rain water stagnating before Railway station whereas the Teppa
kulam remains dry.Worse atill drainage water from nearby hotels and
shops around are left into the Teppakulam.
Can the shops around the Teppakulam be removed and the Teppakulam be
used as a open space for fresh air, benches neatly laid (No Shops) with
steps on all four sides descending down.
Maybe with a small fountain at the centre.

New Madurai Foundation - Complaints List 25th January 2009

A member of New Madurai Foundation has reported yesterday the list of complaints he feels in Madurai. I would like to list it in the public for everyone's attention.
Thank you Sam Kappa Venkatesh!

Periyar Bus Stand

The overhead walkway near Periyar Bus Stand is stinking and is closed. Let us construct a new elevated walkway between Periyar and Meenakshi temple via complex bus stand. The same can be extended from Periyar BS to Railway Station. According to my grandfather in Mumbai one overhead walkway has been constructed for 1.5 KMS in Mumbai.

Airport Road

It is a nightmare to reach the airport via Therkku vasal as the roads are encroached (from Therkku vasal to Avaniapuram). Remember we are getting visitors through these roads. Corporation/Highway use your Bulldozers.

Tea Shops

Tea/coffee shops in Madurai serve us tea while we stand on platforms. Cities like Erode and Coimbatore have seats inside the shop where one can have tea in a hygienic way. Vadai is also made outside the shop. Come on Madurai sit and relax a cuppa tea.
Drink tea in shops where seat is offered.

Spitting

Madurai people seem to spit more on the roads. Why?

Drainage

To all Civil Engineers of Madurai, Why drainage and manholes are constructed in the middle of the road. We know it is a nuisance as the roads become uneven with the manhole in the centre, Dangerous during rainy season particularly if the manhole lid is missing. Can't the drainage constructed on the roadside instead of road centre?
