Something to do;

If you are sad, just see in the above list and you will find one or more of it will be missing. If that is the case, just fill it up.

At any point of time, it has worked for me.

In other hand, if we are able to just take both sadness and happiness with an equal and stable mind, then that is the real maturity.

Also, if you are able to give off all the success to GOD - as my Muslim friends say - "Yellaappugazhum iraivanukke". That is the perfect way of thinking! "All credit goes to GOD" - All credit goes to HIM. That will dissolve any kind of head-weight, proudness, bad behaviour and helps to be good to everyone in this world!!

Just do your duty and do not expect the results!! Well, everything will be taken care...

I think the above is a great gem for life and that is enough!!

I have been a software employee myself, as I started my career. I have in fact gone through this phase, but due to good culture and good wisdom, I tried not to take the weight to my head.

I recently met a youngster, who is just 3 years experienced in Software industry. Since he has some money in hand, his gestures and arrogance has increased a lot. Can I generalize this concept to majority of the folks starting up their career in the fields of IT and ITeS. But, one observation is this bad attitude comes to saturation and comes to normal level in a period of time. I think this is a matter of Maturity.

IT and ITeS employees who start their career, get lumpsum amount and it is handful, compared to the no-salary in college and the salary is much much higher in terms of what a non-IT person gets. The first salary is multiples of what a TNSTC driver or for that case a government employee gets in tamil nadu. Some of the IT folks do not give respect to the elders due to this fact and do whatever they want. IT folks might be getting much much more than his uncle was/is getting even today. But that is because of the IT and that does not mean you do not give respect to the elders.

I am not referring to everyone in IT or ITeS field, but this is a general trend at least in the initial career of some of the youngsters in India. And even if it is there, as they get mental maturity, they change for good!

If you are one of them, please correct yourself and this does not point to all the IT and ITeS employees, because I myself I am/was a IT person.

If you notice, I have put a question for the above statement. I am not sure, but I have a doubt on this.

Ladies who are divorced, separated, away from their husband (abroad), or single woman or house having only ladies. Is it safe in madurai?

There is always a thinking that the house is being watched by strangers and will they do the theft someday or any kind of crime someday?

Does Madurai safe enough? Most of the rowdies get funding either by kandhu vatti or via theft or political activities.

Please answer me, if Madurai is safe enough? Your experiences will be helpful to come up to some complaints to Madurai Commissioner, if any.

Madurai "Arittapatti" Archaeological properties are being damaged

There are various archaeological sculptures and rocks in Madurai in northern side of madurai and also in southern side of Madurai, apart from the main monuments like Meenakshi Temple etc.,

In South Madurai, in Kizhakuyilkudi or Vadivelkarai, there are many jain sculptures inscribed on the rocks. Similar to that, there are similar ones near Yaanai malai. Some granite contractors were damaging these rocks recently and we heard that news.

We were shocked and also the villagers nearby protested and had that news reach the officials to stop this vandalism or destruction.

How ignorant action it is to destroy some precious old things in Madurai!

Suicide by youngsters since fed up of life - Madurai life - madurai wisdom

Recently I heard in a news that youngsters are taking bold decisions to die and go away from this life or earth, since they are fed up of this life.

In their past <20 years, what they would have seen in their life? There is only 10% of the life crossed and you realize what is there in life? We will have to be ready to face the world and win in the world. There is a definition for Suicide - It is a Bold decision taken by Cowards!

If the boldness was for good reasons, it would have been good. There are parents for you to take care. Your friends are there to care about. You have lot to see in the life - like love, success, marriage, kids, family, money, wealth, business, society etc., If it is love failure, do not worry. Either the same love will come back or something new will happen. Love is not just all of life! There is more to it.

If you want to do something, just focus on that thing and whatever challenges come in, just overcome it and prove it. then people will accept it.
