Managing your Human resources to achieve maximum output - Business wisdom

When it comes to any problem, there is always a solution. When it comes to people management problems, there is always a solution to it.

There are lessons from many types of management. When the employees get together with the general manager, and they all act against the Management, then what will the management do?

Look at the problems from the employees? What made them to group together to act against the management? Did management do something, which triggered them to do against the management? Find out the reasons behind the group-ism among the employees. If there is only one group or two or more group among the employees? Is there any problem between these groups? Is there a single person who is causing all these troubles and group-ism? Find out the core reason behind all these!

Atlast, I am sure you will be able to find the problem. There might be one or two person who might be causing the whole thing! They might be doing that for their benefit clearly. If you feel, because of this, there is reduction in productivity. Then take action.

Always make solutions, which is like taking out the nail from the foot, without pain and make sure you apply the medicine without the victim's knowledge and make sure your company runs smoothly.

Divide and Rule helps always. "Recognition" weapon is a great weapon and if you handle correctly on the correct person, you can make wonders. This is hard in some ways, but when you are being manipulated and this is business - you will have to handle people with care and with weapons and at the same time give them care and that I do make sure I give care as employees of the company.

If somebody is complaining too much, recognize them and get them to your control and I bet that employee will be your star employee for next month.

If you want solution to your employee problems, let me give it a shot to help you in emails. Let me know. Thanks! My Email address is madurai247@gmail.com

Be competitive and also do not loose existing customers - 2 persons for a job backup

You might have got an innovative idea, and that might be out of the blue and totally new idea to the market you are working on. In that case, there might not be any existing takers like professional competitors. But in the case of the market, which is already being ruled by non-professional experts in the field. This is a new transition where we take it away from non-professional experts in the market or we work in tandem with those non-professionals, but experts and we take it up as a corporate company.

Be careful about the competitors who might just come in, as soon as they get to know what you are doing and that is lucrative enough.

Overtake and be fast before any other competitor comes into the business or market.

Also when you deal with the consumers, give careful attention to what are the terms and conditions you are proposing. Be careful with the conditions and stay with it with the documentation. Serve all the consumers with full heart so that you are able to satisfy each and every one of the consumers.

Other things to remember in business and HR department is - at any case at least have 2 people working. If one person goes out, next person should be able to take care of the business. Every department or responsibility should be known to two persons and if one person disturbs or resigns, then absolutely another person should take care and business should run undisturbed!

Employees Management - Second Lesson in Management after business idea stabilization - Madurai Business Wisdom

Employees Management is one of the toughest parts of Management when you go LIVE on Business, after your theory, experimentation and after your idea 'seed' becomes a 'plant'.

First, as a business person we come up with an idea, understand and analyze if it is a workable idea or not. Then, we make that idea work as a team. Then comes the employees problem.

Without any jitters or any problems, there is no company. Internal problems are heavy in any company. More than 2 persons in a company, then comes automatic internal politics. One person says about second person to third person. Here starts the problems.

There might issues between ladies, men, egos, super egos, inferior egos, illtreatment between employees. Even though the management might kind enough with the employees, but between the employees problems arise.

Somebody scolds somebody and uses bad words and starts the problem. Some body is not trusted and there starts the problem, in sensitive businesses. Somebody is not satisfied with the salary and leaves the company. Somebody has got some personal problems, hence resigns the company. Overall, there are n-number of issues for employees.

In a small company, we cannot have HR department and management has to deal with all these problems. Usually manager deals with the company internal employees issues and when even a manager has problems with the management or within the employees, there comes severe problems. Atlast the management has to get in and work out the problem.

It is very tough, until and also in the process of building the tree or the banyan tree (similar to your company) and you have to face lot of problems and the problems will continue always. That is part of company building process and also for ever. Once in some stage the tree is built, you hand it over to the managers to deal with it.

Tough gets going, then the gain comes automatically and success comes through as well!

Risk Apetite for an individual - Madurai Business Risks

I went to Sea World Theme park for the long weekend with my family and in-laws. I dared to go on a roller-coaster ride in the park. This ride is definitely dangerous and thrilling. The ride goes really up and down and goes wild, and feels like I am going to fall down. It gives a strange feeling inside the stomach, when it goes that fast downwards.

Overall the ride was very thrilling and scary. I was thinking about it later on and analyzing my risk taking appetite. Here is what I derived from it -

Initially, I didn't think about the risk or scary part before going to the ride. The ride was scary and thrilling. After the ride, I asked a question to myself, if I will be able to go back and ride it without fear. My answer was Yes. That is good for me. My inference from that was I am ready to take the risk any number of times, even though I knew things are risky.

Another feeling is that I felt it would be better if someone would have been there with me, so that it would be much more fun than that. Inference is partnership. It would be more fun if I have a person sharing the risks and profits.

So, my risk appetite is good enough that I can take risks and also will be able to share risks with partners.

Difference between satisfied customers and loyal customers: Madurai Business Execution Tips

How can you differentiate between your satisfied customers and your loyal customers? Here are eight ways. They are equally relevant to your external customers as they are to your internal employee customers.

1.Pricing. You negotiate prices with satisfied customers. You negotiate costs with loyal customers.

2.Payment. Satisfied customer pay at their discretion. Loyal customers pay on time.

3.Referrals. Satisfied customers become referrals of your competitors. Loyal customers willingly provide referrals to you.

4.Turnover. Generally, you will experience turnover rates of 15% or higher of satisfied customers. The turnover rate of loyal customers will be less than 5% and will be for reasons out of your control.

5.Competitive data. Your satisfied customers are seeking competitive data. Your loyal customers are sharing competitive data.

6.Perception. Satisfied customers perceive you as a commodity provider. Loyal customers perceive you as a partner.

7.Contract. You will need a contract to keep many satisfied customers in place. You have a virtual lifetime contract with your loyal customers.

8.Difficult times. Satisfied customers will leave you. Loyal customers will stay by your side.
