Major distractions for an employee in a company are Facebook, YouTube, Pornography, Twitter, Personal Finance, Blogging, Chatting via internet, talking Cell phones, generally browsing the web and atlast Google.


Researching on unnecessary things in Google is fundamentally a time waster and at the same time it can be used purposefully for the company's contribution.

People spend time wasting on Personal Finance - calculating how much they have, logging into the bank accounts and seeing and checking and transferring and making payments etc.,

Facebook for networking with friends, seeing photos, chatting etc.,

YouTube for songs and also watching all kinds of videos, which are unnecessary for production of the company they are working for.

Surfing porn has become a part and parcel, which is completely illegal - that means the company/employer can dismiss the employee immediately.

Conclusively, these are biggest time wasters I think for an employee in a company -

Elderly People and Senior Citizen's productivity in Madurai

People wait for the age of 58 and retire from them work, once they are 58 or 60.
After that, senior citizens...

Privileges in train tickets; will have tax reduction and/or wherever they go they get advantage.

However, I believe there are much more things, which can be done by them. In foreign countries the elderly people and senior citizens are much more productive and independent in their life.

They generate money and produce something or other.

For example, McDonalds was founded and built by the Ray Kroc in his late 50s.
KFC(Kentucky Fried Chicken) was founded by Harland Sanders in his 60s.

Our senior citizens should try to be healthy and be productive than what they are doing right now, I believe.

The same advice goes to this generation also - in terms of health and productivity.
