HAPPY HOME GRAHAPRAVESAM PROPERTY EXHIBITION 2011 Chennai Property Fair

The second edition of B&C Expo ‘Happy Home Grahapravesam Property Exhibition 2011’ is to be held on 27 and 28 August. The two-day mega property fair is being organized in association with LIC Housing Finance Ltd, India’s largest home loan provider.

The fair, co-sponsored by Rahul Associates and supported by Flat Promoters Association of Ambattur and Avadi, will be held at HPM Paradise Mahal on the MTH Road near Telephone Exchange, Ambattur, to the advantage of the locals of Greater Chennai.

According to a press release, the expo, an interface between the leading players of the realty industry and potential home buyers, will house under one roof about 65 stalls of leading builders and developers displaying 100 plus projects in a 500 sq.m space. The main sponsor LIC Housing will have an exclusive Loan Counter to cater to the needs of the inquisitive visitors.

Expected to attract thousands of visitors, the expo encompasses a special feature exclusively for the parents of NRIs. These parents will be provided with out-and- out details specific to buying property on behalf of their children residing outside the country.
