1) Do not worry about that dress/jeans. Concentrate on making permanent life-style changes.
2) Exercise 3-5 days in a wekk, for 30 to 60 minutes.
3) Consume small and frequent meals and snacks and avoid bulky meals.
4) Consume plenty of fruits and vegetables - at least five portions.
5) Consume more whole grains and cereals. Avoid maida and refined foods.
6) Include sprouts and whole grams and legumes (dal) in your diet.
7) Cut down on fat in your diet. Reduce oil in your cooking and avoid fried foods.
8) Cut down on sugars and sweets.
9) Cut down the consumption of carbonated beverages.
10) Quit smoking.
11) Moderate and responsible alcohol consumption.
12) Manage stress.
13) Sleep well for at least 6-8 hours.
