Given the growth of Tamil Nadu in industies, factories, Business, Trade, Education, Medicine etc., there is lot of manpower needs in Tamil Nadu.

The local population gets more rent for these folks, but at the same time they get more problem as well from them.

Government has to regulate this a little bit with accomodation provided by the industries who employ themselves and also when renting get the ID proof from the person lessee who is staying the house owner's house.
