Who do you think is working in chennai, Coimbatore kind of cities both knowledge workers and skilled labours and not to forget unskilled labours as well?

I went to pothys in chennai, checked out the emloyees, they are all from Madurai, tirunelveli and around.
Why are they going and working there? brcause there is not much employment opportunities in madurai.

Checked out couple of companies in Coimbatore and chennai for knowledge workers and most of them are from madurai and southern districts.

I was also checking out my friends who studied with me In Madurai and nobody is there whom were with me.

Why is this migration out of madurai? I seriously hate this situation.

Who is left in madurai to start something new?
