Budget Home 2011 exhibition - Tamil Nadu Chennai Real Estate - EyeBall Media - Property Fair

Eyeball Media Pvt. Ltd., a leading organiser of lifestyle events in the South, is organising a three-day property fair, Budget Home 2011, in Chennai.

Addressing presspersons, here on Monday, G. Sakthivel, Managing Director, Eyeball Media, said the event would be the Tamil Nadu's largest budget home exhibition and would be held between May 27 and 29 at the Chennai Trade Centre.

He said the event would showcase properties in various segments from apartments, row houses, lifestyle residential properties, villas to residential plots within Chennai, its suburbs, and a few other cities in Tamil Nadu.

Mr. Sakthivel said over 65 property developers, besides banks and financial institutions, would be participating in the seventh edition of Eyeball and would be a one-stop-shop offering a wide range of affordable properties to cater to the needs of home buyers in the specific segment. He said this year's event would have properties with a price range between Rs.45,000 and Rs.45 lakh.

True Value Homes, Inno Geo City, Vijayshanthi Builders, NAPC Properties, Arun Excello are among prominent participants.
