Unused potential productive population in any country

There are two categories of people who can be made productive in the society in order for our improvement in revenue for the city. They are: Majority of women and college students. In addition to this category, there are certain lazy category of men, who are not productive. Every person is responsible for the improvement of himself, his family and the society of Madurai and in turn for the country. While designing the improvement of industrialization, we should include a percentage of employees as the above category of people.
