Individual Madurai's responsibility

If every citizen has the following idea in mind in order to take the responsibility, we have the synergy to accomplish the task. Feel that whole Madurai is one entity. It is all team work doing various tasks, but the goal is same. Every citizen should feel that first of all individual task has to be performed for individual improvement, next comes family, next comes his relatives improvement, next comes community, next comes the street improvement, next comes improvement of section of madurai, next comes whole city improvement.
