Indus City Scapes Constructions Private Limited (Indus Constructions), a Chennai-based leading construction company, extended its presence in Madurai by laying the foundation stone for a luxury apartment project at Moondrumavadi in Alagarkoil road here on Sunday.

Mahaveer Lunawath, co-founder of Indus, laid the foundation stone. R Venkatraman Managing director of the India Info Line Limited chaired the function.

Golden Lotus, the proposed condominium located in Moondrumavadi, would offer everything required by high-end customers under one roof.

The builders also unveiled a model apartment house on the premises, which showcased all available facilities.
Lunawath said the project will have apartments ranging from single bedroom to four bedrooms in five towers spread over seven acres. It would be easily accessible from all the main junctions.
