Madurai Medical College Anaesthesiology Department to be upgraded
Here is some good news for people of southern districts using facilities at the Government Rajaji Hospital here.
The Department of Anaesthesiology of the Madurai Medical College has been upgraded as an institute, a recognition first of its kind in Tamil Nadu, according to its Director I. Chandrasekaran, who assumed office four days ago. The institute would increase its manpower, working capacity and academic activities when the new trauma block starts functioning at the annexe at Anna bus stand. Further, they listed out plans to expand research work and techniques in anaesthesia once the AIIMS-like institution starts functioning at Thoppur near here.

I am saravana Kumar R.Working in bangalore as a software engineer my Home town is madurai only. I am very eagerly waiting for the Madurai IT Park to Come. Can anybody tell the new status of the Madurai IT Park.

As it is, Madurai IT Park is expected to happen by end of this year.
When we say IT park, it is a building from ELCOT (tamil nadu government). Once that is up and running, we need more and more companies to occupy the building and more companies has to come and occupy the lands near by and build offices. More MNC has to come in that area etc.,
That is when we have real success!!
