Madurai Election Update - Lok Sabha Elections in May 2009
Most probably Mr. M K Azhagiri would be contesting in Madurai constituency for the Lok Sabha elections. More about Mr. M K Azhagiri.
His daughter Kayalvizhi alias Vennila will contest in Kanyakumari, instead of Theni district.
Tamil Nadu CM Mr.Karunanidhi is mainly concerned about the fact that all concentration of Azhagiri's supporters would be focussed on Madurai and other southern districts would be neglected. Looks like that is the main reason, Mr.Azhagiri is not yet approved with a seat there. However, most likely this would happen...
